The valuable points you collect, earn you special privileges: complimentary dining, Northlands Park souvenirs, special events, promotions and cash rewards. All of this can be yours exclusively by getting your Spectrum Players Club Card.

You can register for your own Players Club Card at the Players Club Centre located on the main floor in the Slot Lounge or second floor across from Uplinks bar. Each time you make a wager, present your card to the pari-mutuel teller, or insert the card in a self-serve machine before you place your bet. For each dollar you wager, one point will be credited to your account.

Visit the Slot Lounge and you can accumulate points in two ways. Swipe your card at our Players Club kiosks every time you visit to receive points just for being a member. Also, whenever you win a Jackpot on any slot machine you will receive one point for every dollar won (to a maximum of 10,000 per win).

Reward yourself by redeeming points at our Players Club Center by using the self-serve touch screens. Our friendly and knowledgeable Guest Relations Hosts will be delighted to assist you. The number of points you earn determines the rewards you can claim.

Players Club Policies

Membership in the Players Club is extended to those customers who abide by the policies of Northlands Park & the Spectrum and agree to the following:

• Spectrum Players Club members must be 18 years of age or older.
• Membership is not open to employees of Northlands.
• It is the Player's responsibility to ensure that the Players Club card is properly inserted into the machine reader. Any wagering accumulated without the card properly inserted will not generate the associated points.
• Membership limited to one card per person and valid only to the assigned user. Misuse of the card may result in the cancellation of privilages and/or points.
• All Spectrum Players Club cards are the property of Northlands Park.
• Northlands Park management reserves the right to adjust any point balance resulting from malfunction, operational errors, and fraud.
• Lost or stolen cards should be reported immediately to a Guest Relations Host. Duplicate cards will only be issued with proper identification.
• All information gathered by Northlands Park and the Spectrum is strictly confidential between the company and the cardholder.
• When redeeming bonus points for cash or merchandise, you will be required to present a valid picture ID along with your Players Club card.
• Members use of the Players Club card indicates acceptance of the rules and regulations put forth by the Spectrum (Northlands Park) Players Club.
• All forms of prizes and rewards must be accepted as awarded.
• Account with no activity after 12 months will be deleted from the Spectrum Players Club database and al points earned will be forfeited.
• Northlands Park reserves the right to revise or cancel this program at any time and without prior notice.
• Rules of this club program may vary with specific promotions.

Northlands Park uses personal information in order to administer members' accounts to offer and provide quality rewards, benefits, products, goods & services to members efficiently.

However, Northlands Park will not collect, use or disclose personal information about a member without the members' consent. Our foremost concern in this regard is our members' trust in our custodianship of their personal information.
